Uconnect 5.0 problem

Hi,

I recently bought a 2015 ram express, it has roughly 6k miles on it. I stopped for gas today and when I got back in and started the truck The radio was a black screen.

When I have the key turned to accessory the radio turns on and works fine, same when I have the key on run. When I actually start the truck it goes black, then you can see the backlight come on and that's where it stops, no radio, no backup cam, nothing.

Has anyone else experienced this? Any suggestions?

there seems to be a lot of issues with the uconnect systems. probably needs to be replaced which is a warranty thing

I have the 5.0 and mine did that same thing about two weeks ago. I turned the truck on and off a few times, each time it worked before the truck was running. Then in the afternoon I got in and it worked just fine, no problems since. If it does it again I'm taking it in and letting the warranty do it's thing.
