I have the 8.4 4C with Nav installed in my 2015 Ram Sport. Been installed for about 2.5 weeks. Installed by me the day after I bought the truck lol. I Bought it from Infotainment.com.

I also just had installed only last Wednesday the Infotainment.com aftermarket backup camera kit along with a Drone Mobile remote start system. Done at local stereo place.

I noticed after having the remote start & backup camera installed that my heated steering wheel no longer works (only the wheel, seats work fine). It turns on for 2 seconds and off again. Hard to believe it's a coincidence, but I looked under the dash and nothing seemed out of the ordinary that I could tell. I even took the heated seat module and tore it apart & looked under a decent magnifying glass. Nothing looked blown or burned etc. I even looked up the steering column with my my own eyes and with a Milwaukee camera kit. All the connections I could see looked good and pushed in. Makes me wonder if the heating element went out.

So anyway, I'm bringing my Ram in on Thursday for all the recalls it hasn't had done to it yet, as well as having the dealer investigate why the steering wheel doesn't heat up anymore. Hopefully their best guess only cost me one of the 3 things (clock spring, module under seat, heating element lol) before they get it figured out. If they do any kind of computer flashes to the truck for the couple recalls, that shouldn't affect the programming the OBD Genie did for the backup camera, or what Infotainment.com did by adding my VIN & features to the 8.4 4C?

TIA!
