I got my truck last year. Uconnect sent me a CD in the mail for an update. I was in a hurry and hastily installed it. I stupidly didn't realize I was doing a rollback on version of my uconnect system.
Now, I can't get it back. The dealer says its the latest version but I know it was different (of course, my service department isn't the brightest light bulbs either, for example, they didn't know the tow mirrors rotated upwards 90 degrees). Uconnect says there is no update for my VIN.
When I first got the truck, the background was black and it was all dark grays. Now it is back to the blue background and the clarity doesn't seem as sharp as it was before. It is a 2012 Dodge Ram 2500 Diesel with the Longhorn package. I can provide the VIN if needed. Any help would be appreciated.
