Just bought my new 2021 Dodge Ram 2500 Crew 4x4 Tradesman with Uconnect Nav. I have spent 2 days and 3 hours trying everything to figure this out. I press the VR on the steering wheel and the voice yells at you volume level is at 15 and screaming. I turned it down and it resets back to 15. Nav system same thing resets to 15. Even if you go into settings and set the volume to 1 (which is still yelling) it reverts back to 15. The tire fill monitor was not checked, so I did, and it reverts back to unchecked. I set up favorites in the phone list added my family, turned the truck off came back and they have all been erased. I traded a 2019 Chevy Silverado 1500 that had 5,000 miles on it. # days with my new Ram and I am beyond frustrated, upset, and feel I have wasted 50,000 dollars. I have checked online and this is a common problem, the only fix is to upgrade to the 12 inch or get no nav system. I paid for the nav and with the volume level so loud it is a safety issue. This needs to be fixed

Mine is loud too, and haven’t been able to get it adjusted. My 2018 was the same way

Don't know about the rest, but i THOUGHT THE TIRE FILL SETTING WAS FOR WHEN YOU'RE ACTUALLY PUTTING AIR IN THE TIRES, TO TELL YOU WHEN TO STOP? (Sorry for yelling. Damned old fingers!)

It is, it is an option in the UConnect- menu under safety. So I selected it and then when I go back later the system has deselected or uncheck marked the box. I am glad it is for safety and it works

You're only getting started with the disappointment that UConnect is ... especially if you're an Android user.

There are work-arounds for some issues, but it requires a lot of time on multiple forums to get it dialed in - or, develop a system of preloading the phone with the info you want, then starting the truck to sync the apps already running the way you want to the system ... and that doesn't always work.

I for one HATE the UConnect system, especially as an Android user. My brother with an Apple phone has a better, (but not without problems/issues) experience in his Ram.

I hope you get it worked out.
