Uconnect locked in Europe

Hello everyone. I have a Dodge Ram Sport with Uconnect system October 2017. Alpine system. Unfortunately I discovered some time ago that it is not possible to connect the live cell phone to allow the Uconnect system to exploit all the features. I understand that for the foreign market, it is locked. Does it also happen to others of you? Have you found a way to unlock the system? I tried to contact Mopar but never received any reply.
The Italian dealer says he can't unlock the unit.

i too have the same issue, were you ever able to find a resolution?

I found fixes on how to get the phone service option turned off but id like to use the uconnect apps.

No unfortunately I have not found solutions to use the app.
Have you been able to connect the phone data in other updates the connect?

If my uconnect was unusable I’d replace the unit with an aftermarket unit compatible with the region.
