Uconnect Radio

I have a 2018 Ram 1500 with 5.7 that I just bought. Having trouble with the uconnect radio and found out the touch screen was damaged and the dealer I bought it from saying sorry not covered. Can the touch screen be replaced or do I have to replace the whole radio.
