Uconnect update

My current version is 15.***. unconnect website says I need to take to dealer, I'm assuming to get all the updates in between my version and 18.***. Do I or can I install 16, 17 versions from here before installing 18?

If you're not having any issues I'd be hesitant to update it. That's my opinion. Just like phone apps, half the time after an update it develops issues.
