Well I guess the plugs just needed reset. I ran the 18.45 update again and it loaded completely this time. Only thing is I lost my cargo cam and don't know why but I'll figure it out, or not.

MIght come back with some power cycles, but I think there is something specific to 2016s, cargo camera, and the final update. You can try searching the forum for something like "2016 Cargo Camera" to find what "think" I'm talking about.

I'll give that a try, thanks. I'm not to concerned about it as everything now works. I do miss having my bu camera on the big screen but maybe I can figure that out too b

Thanks for the link. My cargo cam didn't just stop working, it disappeared from the display completely. The 2 little boxes that showed cargo or BU cam option isn't even there. I did the hard reset, soft reset several times and the power down open door thing a few times with no luck. Mine originally came with the bu in the mirror and cargo on the radio. I did a hack I found online and the bu camera came up on the radio automatically when in reverse. I also could switch between the 2 cams. Old age and a couple years so can't really remember what that hack was. Anyway, it's not a big thing but was nice. Thanks again

Did the hack involve physically swapping PINs?

Not that I remember but seems it was something in the passenger side dash panel. Looked yesterday and couldn't see anything. I've been trying to find it online with no luck. I know it was a fairly simple hack and didn't involve removal of the radio, maybe the glove box.

Well I it looks like I installed the Infortainment Reroute kit. I'm still not sure why I lost the option for the cargo cam.

You lost the option with the SW update to the 2014 radio... It's one input or the other but not both. If you have cargo cam...

That's what the 2014 radio is looking for on inputs 31,32, 33

The simplest plug n play fix is to pick up a 2017 Ra3/VP3-NA or Ra4/VP4-NA 8.4 radio that allows both inputs to be shown (68270661Ax = Ra4 VP4-NA)

Otherwise, you need to pick which input you want, and disable the other with AlfaObd (you should be able to swap the RCA camera inputs in the infoT Reroute to get it back to stock configuration with cargo cam on radio and BuCam on mirror)

Thanks for the info, kinda figured that was what happened just not sure. Right now I have BU camera on both, just have to hit the soft switch for cargo camera. Probably just leave it that way until I get around to adding android.

Thanks you for the offer. I got it fixed I guess. I took it out to see what air card it had and when I re-installed it it worked.

I "think" it's a Sierra Wireless AirPrime AR7552 BUT I've never seen inside an RA4 to confirm the part. If you are handy it's very easy to open the radio and look for the part number in question.

For future reference, my radio (68331635AE) has a sierra wireless airprime AR7552
