Veepeak OBDCheck BLE+ Bluetooth 4.0 OBD2

Does anyone know if a OBD can change the tire size on a vehicle? im running 37's...i think the computer still thinks its on OEM tires/rims. i was looking at this OBD model.

It's possible that the veepeak would work with alphaobd to change tire size. I tested the veepeak on some basic changes with alphaobd and it worked
