Not trying to be a douche, just wanted to see if you could match that price, cause I'd much rather buy from you and throw you the business. Yep, the shop is going to be a 3 bay shop with oil pit, and a showroom. 48' wide by 60' long. We may even expand it later to include a full paint and body shop, but that is a ways down the line...
