VR Air Grabber has been ordered!

Just placed my order for the VR AirGrabber through Moes and will patiently wait till he gets them in stock since he has a great deal on them. You will not have any problems installing with stock air box. That's how I have mine installed and I have the 85mm. Very nice increase in throttle response.

I was definitely considering the 87mm but after reading the other threads I decided that I wouldn't reach full potential unless I had headers, would like to get Magnaflow 14 next mod. Did you cut your shroud or just removed, trying to decide what I should do?

Moe's will not have the Air Grabbers in stock till the beginning of April but I would probably order soon because they seem to be going pretty quickly.

Awesome, I can't wait to see the gains. Do you notice much oil in your catch can with the stock box, I am just wondering if you get more oil with certain mods?

I think this will be the route I take as well, can you post a pic? I can't seem to find any pics with the shroud cut so I am a little hesitant on doing it.

Vararam is supposed to be assembling these kits the last week of the March. As promised here are the pics of the modified shroud. Basically just used a ruler, marker and a utility knife...scissors for trimming small pieces. I'm happy with the overall results. Hope this helps.

Looks great. Definitely gonna do this when I install mine. You must have really had to use some elbow grease to get a utility knife to cut that.

Definitely not the easiest thing to cut through! Just takes some time...do a few light score cuts and the knife will do the rest... patience will ensure the results you are looking for and guarantee that you will walk away with the same amount of fingers you started off with...good luck

That looks pretty sick, definitely going to use your pic as an example when I do mine. Hopefully keep all my fingers at the same time lol
