Put these on my truck today. Didn't buy them initially as it was an expensive option on the order form.

Picked up a pair on ebay. When they came in they were official Mopar OEM decals.

Didn't like the factory location on the bed so chose this one after careful consideration. I'll be debadgeing tomorrow getting rid of the Ram 1500 and classic emblems.

Opinions as to look. Obviously they could be peeled off, but I kinda like the look.

Looks good. You will have to update this thread with new pictures after the debadging.

Could you post the eBay link?

Looking good!
Will definitely be better once you de-badge all that clutter the factory puts on.

Perhaps also look to installing black lug nuts as well to give it that clean blacked out look.
Gorilla makes a great set.

Gorilla Lug Nuts:66147BDX
14x1.5 Bulge 4-pack - Black

Gorilla Lug Nuts:96641BDX
14x1.5 Locking nut set- Black

I de-badged that same mess on my 19' and then my 23' within days of purchase.
Never understood all that clutter the factory puts on.

Your truck looks great, Conrad.

I've decided I'm going to start with debadging the doors first, when it gets warmer in Spring.

Any recommendations on a good place to save a $ on those black wheel nuts?

The last time I looked, they were much cheaper across the border but, the exchange rate is pretty brutal these days.

This is what I'm considering for replacing lug nuts

As long as they are not the usual factory capped style (tin covers over a standard lug nut) they would look great.

I went with the Gorilla ones as I got a great deal on them.
I have had them as my summer lug nuts for many years now and they are still in perfect like new condition.

Thanks, Michael.

The de-badged looks is so nice. I even took the 4X4 badge off the tailgate, too.
I just wanted it all clean looking.

I called a local shop in Burlington, Northern Performance, and I think I paid about $35 plus tax per package.
I got 4 packs of the lug nuts and 1 pack of the locking nuts.

Not the cheapest things to purchase, but the results are a cleaner look and a product that has lasted me several years.
I also only use them in the summer.
I use the stock tin capped ones for my winter steelies.

Don’t get those lug nuts, I tried them once. Half the batch weren’t tapped straight, I could see them wobble as I spun them on. I don’t trust that chinesium to keep my wheels on.

Gorilla spline drive is the way to go. Like $60 for 30 of them from summit racing, can get them in black or chrome.
