Which software updates? If you're talking about cruise control and auto park FCA is considering those 2 as safety recalls. You can request those not be done however you'll have to sign off on them basically releasing FCA from responsibility should anything happen that those could have prevented. I got both done to mine and have had 0 issues.

That's a UConnect radio firmware update and it is able to be declined as a manual installation if they even offer it. Be warned, it is an over-the-air update too and can only be declined for so long before it installs on it's own...

Is it leaking out of the weep hole, or not pushing enough coolant and causing overheat?

I'm guessing you are fine until next Tuesday then. What I've seen is when the weep hole starts leaking, it is an indicator that your seal or bearing is going south. I don't think they generally have a catastrophic failure, they just leak a little more and more until it becomes so much, that your truck's coolant level will eventually get too low to cool properly. But I had a Ford Pinto when I was a kid that leaked out of the weep hole for 4 years until I sold it. Just keep an eye on it and if for some reason, it starts pumping out a lot (puddle under the truck), then either get it towed to the dealer or simply fill it back up with water and drive it to the dealer. They'll most likely empty and refill the system with the proper 50/50 coolant when they replace the pump. It is still pushing coolant through the motor as long as it has some to push through. All that being said, keep an eye on the temp and watch for leaks under the truck after parking and you should be fine.
