I hv a 2019 Bighorn with a 5.7 and no Sunroof. I have water coming in somewhere and under my Driver's side mat is Wet.Also when I sound my horn sometimes the Radio station changes and sometimes I loose F.M.Reception completely.

The drivers side floor area getting wet is an issue with several trucks. My local dealer just fixed mine. It was an extensive repair where sealant was applied forward of the firewall. It leaks above the seam between panels behind the molding in the forward just above the curve in the door frame. This leak in time will destroy your vehicle with mold. All my carpets and mats are being replaced. My local Ram service has been great. You may have no idea yours is leaking unless you pull the carpet up exposing the floor pan. That carpet is thick with a heavy rubber backing. You must pull it up and feel for moisture on the metal floor pan.

yikes....did they have to remove the dash to fix the leak?

Hopefully they have a Bulletin on this but I took a screenshot of your personal experience and maybe that will help them.Now I just hope they replace my electronic harness or maybe just a new unit because at time I dont hv F.M. Reception and also at times when I push the horn on the steering wheel the Station changes....

Ok so I Finally received a calm from the Dealership saying that the Leak has been Located!! Took them 12 Days to locate and fix it and now just waiting on the new Carpet. DEALERSHIP says it should be ready for Pickup on Wednesday...Hopefully they fixed the radio too they said it was a computer program to fix the radio issues..Fingers Crossed....They said the leak was from the firewall as a few guys on this thread have stated..I wonder how many are leaking and dont know it?

Sorry for the slow response. I don't think they pulled the dash or the fender. They did spray sealant in the area described and it was approached from the firewall somehow. I just looked at my invoice and there isn't any detail. What I know is from the cs person whom I trust. I've had no further problems. I was in hope of replacing only the damaged section of carpet however the dealer says its all one piece.

They just informed me that they have located a second leak one in the firewall and another along the bottom of door by the Rocker Panel.so now they have had my truck since January 2nd and they gave me a Little Dodge Dart for a loaner with possibly 2 feet of snow coming this weekend.You would think they would ag least give me a comparable vehicle for a loaner.

Be glad that they at least gave you something else to drive around. My local dealers don’t give loaner cars at all only shuttle rides when leaving the dealership.

If the Dealer doesn't provide Loaner cars I wont buy from them..With All the technology in today's cars it seems they are off the road more than on the road. ALSO I paid for the extended Warranty which says it provides Loaners and pays for Rentals if needed. I'm paying for a Truck that's not in my possession that's the Bottom line..When I had Ford although they ended up Buying back the truck they always had me in a comparable Truck or something better,Like they almost wanted you to upgrade.

Sometimes that’s not an option I didn’t buy from my local dealership that I take my truck for service as I found a better deal somewhere else.

I have to agree with Johnny P, no loaner no business. My dealership had me in a loaner/rental for 6 weeks while my 2017 was in the shop with air suspension issues.

Water Leak and Bad Seam found after Removing the Drivers side Front Fender ..Take a look Below .It has since been sealed and the Dealer now says No Leaks after extensive water testing.Two Months in the Shop but least Dodge found it and Hopefully Fixed it!!!!

They must Remove the Drivers side front Fender and the Seam is visible. The Dealership or body shop will know by the picture above it's on the firewall just below the Windshield and Kowl...Allot of the Dealers are just plain Lazy and try a million different things before removing the Fender.
