Noticed this today. It was pouring on the way to work and most of the day it sat in the rain. Is this the third brake light leaking? If so, is there a diy fix?cb56bbe15fee67fc1f7d7094c9b508fb.jpg

Typically, the leak in the roof are coming from the third break light. The factory weather seal is bad.

Sorry to see this...

Has RAM/FCA come out with a fix for this yet? I’m pretty sure I saw a 2018 on here with same issue.

This is what I found here locally at Menards. Appears to be very similar, hope it works!!

When I went to remove the OEM gasket it was stuck to the light and felt like a sponge full of water. I had to scrape it off, it would not pull off. Hope it’s good to go now!fc73634a70d385338c5faf03ba1fa3de.jpg

You should be good to go with that gasket material.

Like you found, the most tedious part is scraping away the old gasket material without mangling the light and making the surface clean enough for the new stuff.

Some Richard Cranium used a WHITE butyl type calk also on my 2017 before I got it. That was fun

I don't have a good solution for that ... mine was so stained and nasty I pulled the headliner and pillars and painted everything with flat black Duplicolor fabric/vinyl spray. Looks amazing, but I have a regular cab so that made it easy ...
Good luck!

It might sound silly but you could try more water in a spray bottle and see if it diluted the ring enough to be innocuous? Maybe blot it with a towel?

Adam's Enzymatic Cleaner should pull that stain right out I've used a similar product on my seats and it's pulled stains out no problem

I don't get it... if this is such a common/ widespread issue, shouldn't there be a recall of some sort to fix it?
