What are the 2014 Ram 1500 basic 6 speakers like?

What are the 6 base speakers like in the 2014 Ram sport? Are they static? We're coming from a jeep with an alpine sound system, do you think we'll notice a difference? Looking at a 2014 sport with every option I want besides premium sound group... I'm just worried it's gonna be awful.. Are there ways to upgrade it if it is? Thanks!

Speakers don't crackle, it sounds fine. Volume on other hand SUCKS. The alpine system is way better and louder.

I had the cheap speakers in my express and the do ok they just don't have any bass. I upgraded to pioneer speakers and replaced all 6 for a hundred dollars and it made a huge difference.

Ok, is it plug and play? If not does anyone know of any plug and play stereo upgrades?

You can get the adapters for 4 or 5 dollars. Then it's plug and play.

I had the stock system in my 2013 and just traded it in for a 2014 with the Alpine system. The difference is unreal. Replace those base speakers ASAP, starting with the dash.
