What are these holes for?

Hi

I am switching out a rusted bed with a fairly clean bed and they are identical except for three extra holes on the old bed.

Any idea what they are for?

The two lower, squared off, ones are the attachment points for a small three bulb red light strip that's an option on the 3500's. Not sure about the upper larger one.

upper large hole is where your back up camera wiring harness would ordinarily feed through. The bottom smaller two I'm not sure but maybe they are snap in points for the holders attached to the looming on the back up camera harness.
