What dealership in Washington State added your sales codes?

So I've been calling Dealers around Seattle area to get a price on adding sales codes to my truck. Where have people from Seattle or Oregon gone to have the codes added and how much? I've been getting quoted $125-$150 to have it done PER CODE! That is insane.

Or are there any Dodge Techs on here from the Seattle area? haha
