What did you do with your 4th Gen this week?

Washed, waxed, cleaned the windows, vacuumed the insides, detailed the rims and tires, and took lots of pictures!

I did the same thing. Then went to a club meet and it rained.

Vacuumed her out... Added a new Black Ice Tree! Poured in 4oz TCW3 into the fuel tank...checked and added air to tires... Drove 4 blocks to fill her up with fresh 89 octane fuel...

Slowly let her warm up as I entered the interstate then once on turnpike I opened her up to about 95mph for a few miles... No traffic at all. Did the same on the return back home... Parked her in the garage and began getting ready for church!

Installed "345 HEMI" badges on my hood cowl.

Finally took care of my "low washer fluid" light. Removed, emptied and rinsed reservoir. Then removed and cleaned the sensor. NO MORE RAIN-X PRODUCTS IN RESERVOIR.

Building a new shed on the property and it was time to get the 4x6's, 2 x 6's, etc...to build the foundation.

It was the first time I heard the auto leveling rear suspension work...and it worked fine. Truck leveled right out like it's supposed to.

Got 'em off eBay from a couple different sellers. Now I see the one seller is offering them as a package. Guess he liked my idea lol. Think I'll send him my pic to add to his listing.

The quality is decent enough. You get what you pay for. Was contemplating whether to put them on the hood or on the door. As you can see I decided on the hood HaHa.

I'll be honest, it was done with a rattle can. I used valspar gloss black spray paint, It really only looks good from a distance. If you get close and really look at it then is looks terrible, but the entire truck is fixing to be painted because the whole truck is has scratches so the grill will be painted along with the rest.

Made my own door panel inserts. Alcantara over 3/8" thick mass load vinyl!

**** the cardboard backing that the upholstery shops use, I want mine to have sound deadening properties, lol!

Btw, an upholstery shop quoted me $100 plus shipping for each of these... I spent around $30 on materials and about 3 hours work.
