I'm talking about pulling the end of the hose and installing a new end back on the same hose. Yours is clean looking for sure.

Slightly more involved, but still easily done. AN fittings are designed to be removed without permanent damage to the hose. Mine uses hydraulic hoses and fittings. So the ends are crimped onto the hose, then you can use whatever fitting you need. But AN hoses/fittings can be undone and changed without needing new hoses.

I work on aircraft. Use a little oil to lube the end to not damage the outer braid. Should be no issue. If you see loose braid or galling of the braid that is where the oil helps. I am on that side of town if you need a little help. PM if you do.

Please give a review on that set up. I have that set up in my cart.
Fit and finish on the IR parts is fantastic, having to replace the ends was my fault, not the parts. If I would have used the filter adapter that had outlets pointed down instead of sideways it would have made the lines easier to deal with, but fittings a bit harder I think. I needed the 45s to clear the radiator hose, having the straight AN ends on the filter adapter and then a swivel 45 on the hose made install super simple, no aiming of npt fittings or anything.

If I was doing it again from fresh, I'd probably just do the Pacbrake kit, I'm happy with this but there is definitely something to be said for having a package deal.

Pressure is a bit lower at idle than I remember it being. No leaks and I do love having the bigger filter.

The adapter block looks better in the IR compared to the PacBrake IMO. But I liked the hydraulic hoses in the kit compared to AN hoses.

Well, Fahren LEDs that I bought 4 months back just went out on me and coulda swore the Fahren fogs were flickering the other night. Any suggestions on LEDs that’ll last? Super disappointed as I thought Fahren had a good reputation.
