What did you do with your 4th Gen this week?

Please let me know how the wrap holds up. I'm trying to get honest feedback on whether to recommend that my employer try wrap instead of special order paint. Thanks!!

A wrap is always going to be more economical than paint in a fleet/business manner. Wraps will last 5-10 years depending on how they are maintained. It is also way easier to fix a damaged area on a wrap then on paint. Unless you're doing solid 1 color vehicles without any lettering or logos, I'd only wrap the vehicles. I'm not sure how much he's paying to have things painted, but it's waaay cheaper to wrap then have good quality paint jobs done.

Since I just got my truck, I'm busy getting it how I like it. I'm sure all new owners are like me but, I put on TLC's air bags, mud guards, LED fog lights (trying to figure out why they flicker and go out even with resistors and ballast installed). Looking at running boards as my Outdoorsman is A LOT higher than my Dakota and I have to be careful sliding out like I did in the Dakota (I almost fell) as it was second nature to open the door and slide out.

today i washed it and touched up a bunch of paint chips from my month long camping/fishing adventure.also took the camper off and left it at work till the weekend so i can catch a few winks between shifts.goes back on this friday.pain in the ass hauling it back and forth to work and back home.

Today, I got off early so I did a lot. I started with my Ram I compounded it and waxed it. Detailed the engine bay, and upgraded the lights and fog lights. I then compounded and waxed my buddies honda civic sorry no picks. Then I tackled my wife's SUV. That thing is always such a pain. I wax it monthly, but I guess I am going to have to go to every two weeks. It gets so oxidized in a hurry as it sits outside at her job.

Is that yellow color from the clear coat not curing right or just too thick of a coat put on? I have other spots doing the same but not all of them. I know it's hard to tell in the pic but at the very bottom you can see a spot of it. This is a spot where I fixed some rusted rock chips.

This is actually my first reply and post! My truck has gotten new wheels, 20x12 Anthem Offroad with -44 offset. Rubs like crazy! But I'm trying to win this contest, the prize is $2k and I was gonna use it to get a lift kit from real truck... but I'm against a stupid tacoma.

It's hard to tell any more based upon Usernames anymore . Now just to add to this, I've picked up the following: Alpine (5) channel amp, Sinfoni tweeters, Sinfoni mids, Sundown sub, Helix Pro processor / The Director, and sound deadening. All this for a very basic audio install.
