This is the video I watched. It was easy getting it off since it was so hot here yesterday.
I used goo gone to get the adhesive off.

Thanks man. Actually seems to peel off easier than I thought it would. Looks like a job for this weekend. :happy107:

The paint looks so much better than the vinyl. Im guessing they put it there to protect the paint from scratches.

I thought I read somewhere that it was put there to try to make the tint flow behind the windows.

Mine is at the dealer:
1. Transmission replace
2. Wheels balanced ( the place I had paint them must have used a machine from the 70's)
3. Rollover/Restraint recall
4. Check exhaust manifold bolts. Tick, Tick, Tick, Tick

They gave me a 300 to drive. I haven't driven one in about 10 years. My wife only let me take her Challenger one day. *&$#@

My dealer doesn't offer loaners. I'm getting the rollover recall done, my airbag sensor in the drivers seat replaced, and my tailgate lock doesn't work with my truck key.

I forgot to tell them about the exhaust tick.

Got back from my 2 weeks military duty. Washed the truck and bought new mats bc I hate the ram slush mats.

Husky exact fit.

Biting my fingers to keep from ordering more upgrades for mine. (Whenever I talk about wanting to order something her eyes glaze over)

I bought a used '12 Express CC back in February and have done a lot to it already as far as interior upgrades go and some other stuff.

My neighbor invited my wife & I to go on a cross country overland trip with him & his wife in 2 years. He just got back from a 3 week trip and the photos are incredible. According to him, I'll have to go up a couple inches and put some bigger tires on it. The wife was there for the conversation and she wants to go so she agreed to it. So, at least I have that going for me.

4 new tires and state inspection is due for her vehicle this week so I have to behave. My next planned upgrade is swapping out my Recon halo headlights for the 13' and up stock LED sport projectors with the diode dynamics white switchbacks. I already have an HID kit installed, I'm just waiting to see a good price for the projectors.

Once that's done, I'll post my Recon headlights up for sale here when I meet the 50 post requirement. I've already added and removed the TYC sport projectors from my amazon shopping cart about 5 times now. So, I guess I'll go outside and wash it for now. Keep posting, I'm living vicariously through you guys for the time being. 312abdd5a9d68fc2c8b6d00976cad488.jpg

Took mine back to the dealer for the 2nd time in 2 months for transmission issues. First time it was in, they replaced the transmission solenoid and it took 2 1/2 weeks as the parts were on back order. The truck would shift extremely hard into 3rd and 4th gear after sitting at work all day. After it was fixed the first time, it ran great, but the issue slowly creeped back up and last night the check engine light came on and truck went into limp mode. Not really sure where to go from here, truck is a 2014 with 25,000 miles. :lazer:

What did I do with my 4th gen this week?

I bought it! :naughty:

2014, 5.7L, Laramie, crew, too many features than I know what to do with! Bought used with 22k on the clock, still smells new. I used a lot of your posts to help me make a decision I am very happy with so I thought I'd join. This place has a real nice feel to it, and I'm loving the "Under $100 Mods" thread!

Since PhotoBucket screwed the pooch, what is everyone using to host images them post them here?

Oh yeah, howdy from Pennsylvania. I'm new. Ok, well, I'm not new I'm just new here! :favorites13:

Back from my trip to CT. Not that I drove all that long of a distance, but it was a good first trip for the 2017. :waytogo:

Now got the 2012 back on the road for the daily drive to work. :bawl:
