Man, it has to be love... all this, just to swap out headlight bulbs over lunch hour. Got it all done, reassembled, re-torqued, and tidied up in 55 minutes.

Takes me way back, to the days of having 30-minute turnaround limits for jet aircraft. I'd r/r'd the grille and guard enough times to knock that out in my sleep (four bolts out, and the guard just hinges down on its remaining bottom two bolts).

Got my 20” lightbar mounted and wires ran. Now to figure out where to place the switch. I really want the factory AUX switches under the 2009-2012 HVAC controls, just don’t want to pay that price for it!!! And of course the rain come when I go to finish measuring and cutting the lower bumper cutout to finish the install[emoji2959][emoji2959][emoji2959]

Gotta check engine light today (but no service throttle sensor light!). Figured it was the PC. Unplugged it and put I back to stock. I was utterly disappointed driving the truck without it. Hooking it back up tomorrow as I can’t deal with the lack of response and fun factor.

Finally. All installed. 37x12.5x17 federal coruagia mt and pro comp steel wheels. Setting psi at 45 for now. Trimmed liner and just a tad off the pinch weld.
