Did some minor correcting, polished up the glass, and tried seal n shine since I have a friend that wont shut up about it. It's not perfect, but I didn't want to take hardly any clear since this truck is a daily driver on all sorts of gravel and nasty roads. I eventually would like to touch up all the chips, do some optimum clear coat restore, and then do a nice correction with a re-coat since the cquartz it was wearing is long gone (It was pretty trashed after 3.5 years). The seal n shine I'm not a huge fan of at all. It got super grabby on me doing small areas at a time in the shade and the finish definitely looks like your usual cheap silicone fillers so it dulled it down and gave it that gel looking finish. Stuff smells very much like conformal silicone coating coming out of the bottle so that should've been a red flag to me I was in for some work. I also had to wait a day and then use some QD spray to get the rest of the residue off the truck. I guess for the price its not bad if it holds up, but I'd sacrifice longevity for something that's easier to work or spend more for a real coating like cquartz light if I have to put in some elbow grease.
