Nitrogen does fluctuate with temperature. It's a gas, you cannot change the laws of physics.Nitrogen doesn't fluctuate like Oxygen does. try filling the tires with helium.. it makes the tire hum sound weird.![]()

It will still require pressure adjustment between summer and winter.
Air is 78% nitrogen 21% oxygen.
The advantage of nitrogen is it doesn't combust, it doesn't support moisture, and the molecules are larger than oxygen do over time it doesn't leak out of a tire through the porous rubber. But it still expands and contracts with temperature.

I was in tires for 10+ years, Michelin was the first to push nitrogen full to the public. They supplied the nitrogen generator and tank to our shops at a huge discount.... Then the training sessions on it.I'm not chemist, and I don't play one on TV. I was told that it's more stable than O2, which is why people use it in tires.

So, we hit 70 degrees out here today, I did the remote start on the truck as usually when leaving work and the TPMS light was gone!!!
HELL YEAHHHHHHHH!!!!!

Yeah exactly. You won't lose as much pressure over time, but the volume in the tire wire fluctuate slightly with temperature.Glad someone said that nitrogen still has to be checked and filled. I used it for a few years and it didn't fluctuate near as much as air which was nice but did have to be adjusted.
Lol I would have been there, science and gym were the only classes I liked..... although to look at me now. You would never think I was a fan of gym class. Lolthanks for the science lesson. I might have been absent that day.
I did a thing today that I'll post about soon enough. I work in short bursts of energy, mainly as the money flows in.
Spent the last 2 evenings under the truck doing my yearly/**** hand washing and general tidying up of the under carriage on my 2014 4X4.Hard to believe it's a 14 with 80,000 clics on it ,the old girl still looks better then alot of new trucks underneath, lol
