what does this mean?

I was lookingdoing my monthly inspection and never noticed this till today. Said somthing was done to the pcm. Anyone know what it might be?

Just means the PCM has been reprogrammed

Thanks guys, for somereason i thought it was somthing about the actual truck, but i actually read it. And that was about the same time we bought the truck.

Might have been changed and reflashed. That number is the pcm part number that would be needed for an SCT custom tune. Its good you have that, you can check that number against the decal on the pcm under the hood.
