I found this under my truck this morning. It’s 3 inches wide and about 1/4 inch thick. Totally rusted and in many pieces. 2012 bighorn quad cab 5.7

Looks like a metal exhaust doughnut ring.
If no exhaust noise..... maybe someone lost or misplaced when working on previously......4xdad beat me to it...... LoL

it’s covered in rust but is it metal

it won’t/ shouldn’t cause to many problems but i would recommend fixing it as soon as you figure it out. does the cab or box lean or rattle more lately

if it’s an exhaust donut it should be pretty obvious

given the age of the truck it could be either one but a exhaust donut is pretty obvious because of the noise

There’s no noise from the body or bed that I can tell. The exhaust is quiet as always. My neighbor is a dealership mechanic, I’ll ask him.

It’s definitely made of metal or was at one point. Now it’s shattered rust

It is definitely a body mount. Time to order new ones all around. Anyone know which ones to get?

if you’re in the states you have way more options than us poor canadians. i think most places won’t stock them but they can order them.
