New belt, new tension pulley and new idler pulley. The squeak goes away at 15 mph and above but returns when I get back to idle. Any ideas?

Put water on the stuff till you eliminate it.There is only so many parts that can cause it.Or turn the radio upNo variation in pitch means not belt related.
If it dont have a skip it cant be a wiped out camlobe.
Never heard one not skip when a valve cant open.Ive been skooled. LolSure can, we just a hemi in the shop not to long ago that made pretty much the exact same sound. Didn’t tick, had a metallic squeak sound. Never heard a noise from a hemi like that before. Tore it down and the cam lobe was wiped.
