Hi there! I’ve had the V6 efan conversion on my 2013 Hemi for 5 years now. Didn’t do anything with a lower temp TStat, but did put on a new water pump, belt tensor pulley, idler pulley and new belt and I did get a Diablo tuner for set the fan on and off temps.
My concern I have is that when I run with the A/C on or if I don’t put my transmission into manual select and eco mode kicks on, I get a belt chirp or the squealing sound as if my water pump is going, as soon as I get up over 1k rpm or over 25mph it goes away. This has been going on since I’ve done this mod.
Other than that squeaky and squeal noise, the truck runs great and temps are fine and no issues with the A/C.
Does anyone have or had this problem?

Mine chirps the belt everytime my foots buried through the floor and it shifts at 6600rpm :Big Laugh: Old school trick is to get some toothpaste with a gritty feel to it,and smear some on the pulleys and belt grooves,if it's a glazed pulley or belt, that'll usually help,or you could try spraying some belt dressing on the belt, and see if that helps

I've never had that issue running the efan for 6+ years now. My problem is over time the fan dies and have to replace it
