What's the best tunner or programmer for me??

I want to work my truck, I want control of it. I want fuel mileage and power and I want to have it all while rolling on 37's and packing a 2000lbs camper around. Ive had hypertech twice now but they suck. I know there are a lot of guys here that know crazy amounts about this topic and woul love to hear.

Your usage--forget about great Gas mileage. As far as towing hauling, not an absolute but gears would help move the bigger wheels/weight. A hand held tuner will help... just depends on how much you want to spend, and how far in depth of a tune do you want to go? DiabloSport is a great choice!

Dsp or superchips are gonna be your options. Both are great to have just depends on if you want to ever do motor work like a cam then its better to start with a dsp.

get a custom tune from hemifever. No can tune on the market can beat him and there are dyno numbers to prove it. As far as mileage with 37 and a camper your SOL.

So to get a custom tune I buy a diablo tunner and then send it out to have a custom tune stored on it? So by doing that I have all the options the programmer has to offer + a custom tune? So what does that cost? How much of a gain are we talking? How long does all this take? What are something's I need to take into consideration when going this route?
