You can buy a cold air intake. Thats about it.

Without tuning abilities, you are limited to minor bolton mods and transmission work. Cold air intake, ported throttle body, better flowing exhaust, higher stall tq converter. You can also get the v6 electric fan to free up a few hp.

You can get a delete kit for $1800 then put a tuner on, some guy at my old work got a 2500 lone star and was gonna do it since it was a company vehicle
