I would try disconnecting the battery for 5 mins.

Did you ever figure out what was causing this? My truck will not lock the 3 passenger doors. I can use either the remote or door switch and all it will lock/unlock is the drivers door and tailgate. If I manually lock all the doors I can remotely unlock them, just not lock them. I also have a ‘13, which is unfortunately out of warranty.
