Well, I contacted S&B about the AC supply line problem I ran into. Waiting to hear back on that.

Regarding the two holes in the bottom of the air box, I closed them up.

Today I decided that I didn't like that the clear lid that has "S&B" on it provides a small gap for hot air to enter. The gap goes all the way around the lid. So I lined the edges of the lid with some black sponge tape. Maybe I'm just paranoid but it was only like $4 and makes me feel better about the seal on that lid. Happy mod'n!

Can a site moderator please change the title of this thread to "S&B CAI filter options"?

Are you referring to the two holes in the bottom of the S&B box? If so, those are for 1/4" bolts that pass through and are secured on the other side of the wheel liner with nylock nuts.

Ya I secured those two as you said. There were two others located directly across from those on the other side of the box bottom.

Sorry I can't help you there, I just put mine in today: only two holes.
