Wheel well screw?

Can someone take a picture of what's supposed to go here?


It's a metal retainer in the wheel well with no screw or anything. Missing on Both sides and every time i drive on a windy day it flaps around and hits the tire. It's a 2010. Much appreciated

Iirc which I can't confirm right now as it's pouring rain and 3 am, I am missing those same ones, or atleast ones in my wheel well.

That goes back behind the lip and screw in to hold tight.

It goes behind the bumper cover? That makes more sense.
