Well, I'd say bout 2 months ago I had a code and pointed to my T-stat.. On top of that I had a power steer fluid leak... Sooooooooo I stopped at a local stealership and picked up a return line and T-stat... $200, none to pleased... Picked up some 50/50 at autozone on sale $20... did the repairs and still leaking fluid... Cleaned all the lines on steering rack and waited a few days... Now I notice one of the clamps has alittle fluid on it.. Put a pipe clamp on it and **** leak is gone! Now it makes ya wonder if I needed to buy such an outragious priced hose before. So 3 weeks ago I got a grinding noise from the rear of my truck.. Sweet rear rotors were warn and pads dam near invisible... Napa again, $145 rotors.. $55 pads... While trying to put rotors on we notice a slight difference with the new ones and old ones.. say about 1" inner diameter. Oh yeah retard at napa gave me fronts instead of rears, Now they were closed so I had to go to autozone... Got the correct ones from autozone and as I put on the rotors the inside drum pads crumbled off... Mind you im doing this at 8:30pm using my roomates truck lights. I said **** it I dont care. So now I have new rear brakes - E-brake.... So to top off my week I am now getting a slight slimmy in my steering wheel, possible U-joint. Truck squeeks when I turn steering wheel and hit bumps... possible ball joint.
Got an engine code with the ETC light... Started to drive my truck home and over heated. Had a buddy pick me up to get a truck and trailer to tow it home.. As we loaded it another buddy saw me and stopped, I explained to him what happened and he thought to try and take T stat out.. That worked and Thank god I didnt have to get a water pump.. So now I am curious why I got the ETC light... Im seeing a possible ported TB in my future...

RANT OVER!
