Awesome numbers. How’d you get the tranny to not downshift during the pull? When we had my truck on the dyno we couldn’t get it to not downshift from 6th to 5th during a pull.

This truck is a toy, so it will not be driven in the rain. The radials will only be for the track though. I have a set of 20x11 rear wheels with 305/50/20's that will be used on the street.

What drop? I was at a meet a month ago and the dude said his 4th gen was 5/7 dropped and he had a 275/55-305/50 staggered setup on 20's. It looked more like a 3/5, though. IDK what all is possible on the 4th gens, but I know that you sure as **** can't fit those tires on that drop on a 3rd gen without major modification....

Mine is a true 5/7 with 295/45/20 rear and 265/50/20 fronts. It’s the Inez 4” front control arms with Crown 1” drop coils up front, and I have cut 4.5 coils off the rear Belltech 4” springs for a 7” rear drop. Rear suspension is going coilovers in the next month though.

It looks damn good. Definitely lower than the guy at the meet. I'm thinking his was 3/5 for sure, or maybe 4/6 if you know that the tires he's running fit on that drop.

They were able to lock it in 6th using HP Tuners. I'll have to get with Hemifever to see if there was a special trick to make it hold 6th.

Hell yes! Have you tried running more than 12lbs?
May eventually fab up an 8rib pulley setup, but until then, we are going to keep it at 12psi. I dont really trust a 6 rib belt setup past that.

Hey Matt, Did you do a rear brake kit to accommodate those wide wheels?

We will be doing a smaller rear brake kit when we do the coilovers. Going to have to tub the bed as well to clear the big tire.

That's going to be something ! But I'm specifically talking about when you widened the Verdes 2 inches on the inside, how did you get around the brake lines and the speed sensor that is right there?
