10 Second 4th Gen Hemi Ram - FINALLY!!

I finally got a chance to run the 1/4 mile in the Whipple supercharged 2014 Ram yesterday, and my 1 and only pass was a 10.95 @ 125.63mph. Very happy to finally get a 10 second slip, but I'm even more excited about how much more we have left in it once dialed in. To keep this short, the truck is a 2014 with a MMX 422" and a 2.9L Whipple. We are running 12psi and on e85. This was run in 100% street trim aside from a drag radial in the rear...even kept the sub box and amp in the cab as well. Anyways, here is a quick video of the run...got to line up next to a modified Demon, so that in itself was fun.

Congratulation Matt!!!! I was happy that I was there when you made that run. What Matt didn't mention is that there was a 15-20 mph head wind and this was only the second run with the truck since it was completed. Better track preparation, no head wind and a little more seat time with this set up and a few adjustments I believe that the truck is capable of low 10's. Matt not only sells and uses the mod's he sells, he drives the only "street" 4th Gen truck that runs in the 10's. A good day for Matt and Moe's Performance!!!!!!

I was thinking as I watched them line up was: It's so windy! A Dodge truck is about as aerodynamic as a dehumidifier. No doubt, You'll go quicker.

Congrats again Matt. I remember when you hit 13.9's in the 03. Then hit 13.5's. We all thought we were really doing something running mid 13's. Fast forward almost 15 yrs later & look now. It has been awesome to watch/take part in it. 13.99 and we thought we had race trucks back then. Lol The 03 sure was purty though. Lol

Next step....low 10's. Lol Do you think you will need to do a suspension setup like the blue truck to get it to plant?

Congrats again! You should see mid 10s without a problem just by judging by the previous 1/8 mile slip from a couple weeks ago.
Pulley down once all is dialed in and i bet 20psi gets you a 9! If not, damn close to it!

My goal was to make this truck fast without cutting it up or pulling a bunch of weight. I’m going to leave it just like it is and try to get a low 10 second pass on the current setup.
