I wouldn’t go that far someone might start suggesting maintenance on the intake manifold gaskets.
Just a thought what’s the longest any one has let their exhaust manifold leak ? Tick tick tick tick…
I'm guilty of that, probably went 40k miles or more before I fixed mine. Sad, but true.

One should also clean your throttle body as well. This, as we know, is a service/maintenance item that does provide a known improvement in performance and overall drivability, too.

All just my $0.02 though ;)
Something I also have not done, but absolutely will soon. Almost 185k on my '15 SLT now.

Also, never have had an alignment either, and got 81k miles out of the Cooper A/T's I had before I got my current tires about 16k miles ago.

At 149K miles, my '09 started running a tad rough and threw a code. When it turned out to be a miss in a cylinder, it hit me that I had completely forgotten the plugs at 100k! Pretty sad for a former ASE certified tech but since my cert had been expired for 30yrs by then, I consider myself off the hook for it...

2010 4.7L 143,528 miles other than plugs has been serviced at least as recommended but in most cases better than recommended, still runs like new.

I've been telling myself for 30K mi that I need to do mine. I'm at 200K mi but I bought it at 160K so IDK if they are factory or not.

New shocks, wife's car needs tires, Sierra needs front end painted....$$$.... If calves sell well in a few weeks maybe I'll finally get them done.

04 hemi. Og plugs changed at 90,000miles. Gap was 5-10 thousand over. The stock coils lasted 350,000miles. Then I got petronix 6.1 coils & valve covers . Always did og plugs. After seeing the plugs at 90k I’ll probably do em at 80 from now on. I drive it. On off fwy. Always hot 9 months out of yr. If you’re that guy that everyone is passing with your left blinker on. You’re probably good for 250k. Lol

I’m doing plugs now while replacing cam and lifters. 240k miles on original plugs. I never noticed anything until some reduced mpg right before rough idle started aka lifter failing.

Fancy that, i was coming here to see what plugs folks are replacing stock ones for and found this. I have a 2017 1500 Express 5.7 Hemi. I'm the orginal owner and have 218,000 miles on the original plugs. I have zero issues but was thinking I might want to get ahead and get them changed. Glad to see others are getting long life out of them.

My Ram has 91,000 miles.. I always figured if copper plugs will go way over, then iridium plugs should be good for 120,000, maybe more.

I jokingly asked a mechanic how many miles the original serpentine belt would last and he laughed, "I'll tell you when mine breaks, it's at 160,000 miles."

Cop out, slackers. We know you're out there.

Who's still putting off that plug job?

Fess up.....
81k Here :)

Guess someone should start a most neglected truck list....im guilty of alot to.
Did my plugs at about 130k..no idea if original or not..gap was pretty big and burned like a ball point pen,no codes.....switched to iridiums...I will never change them again with these in there.
