Why is this intake valve spring sitting so low?

I did a compression and leakdown test i have a misfire cylinder 3 I hear no ticking noises I changed sparks coil and injector I pulled off the valve cover and replaced the gasket but looking back at my photos I now notice the valve spring for that cylinder sits much lower.

Is the valve spring broken, do you have low compression in cylinder 3, that may cause a misfire.
