What is this first plug, in this video? Is it stock?

And lastly, would it be a smart option for tying led lights into? Wiring clusters

Flood lights and spot lights. 18w each. Attached to a roof rack

That 1st plug is the OBD PORT, NO I REPEAT NO, that is for diagnostic testing. The other 2 not sure, but safe to say no also. Best bet is to get the upper fitter switch and wiring kit.
