With Tax Time Approaching Maybe There Aren't As Many Factory Orders Now?

I recently read in one of the threads (forget which one) where someone said they received their 2023 HD as fast as lightning. Was it 4 to six weeks? Anyway, I only just recently placed a factory order for a 3500 Longhorn dually.

There's a VIN and tracking shows:

Order confirmed: March 25
Scheduled: March 31

I wonder if with tax time approaching whether maybe they're aren't quite as many orders being placed now? What think you guys about that?

Maybe I'll get my 3500 sooner than later?

Interest rates probably have more to do with it than time of year.

I've began checking around this week about placing an order. I've been told twice now, that a Limited or Longhorn will get priority.

I asked the Logistics Manager at Mark Dodge about this. He said: "I don’t believe they prioritize certain trim levels. They don’t share that part of the process with us."

So, I guess it's just wait and see.
