^^ Its was the the way my friends chose to go about it. The bumper has so many different lines and angles work on a flat table starting out would have been difficult. Once it was tacked, measurements were taken and pieces of angle were tacked on the backside to keep things square and to keep lines straight. All this was done on a table. I have some pics of this I will post up. Like I mentioned earlier I dont weld. I had to just go along with the way my friends thought best. I can say that I feel like more time and effort was spent getting it right than the manufacturer would have put into it! lol Right or wrong we get an A for effort.
