Wrong seats

Just bought a 2o21 Ram 2500 Trades man that has a good bunch of factory upgrades. When I ran the Vin through the Dodge App it said I was supposed to have the Manual 4 way adjustable seats but the it has the cheap 1 way seats. Any chance Dodge would swap them on there mistake?

Doubtful. Used buys are usually as is.

Does the seat back recline? If so, that's your 4 ways, moving the seat itself forward and back are two ways, reclining the seat back in either direction are the other two.
