Here's an update on my BORA Wheel Adaptors. I rotated the tires today and retorqued the wheel adaptors at the same time. None of them needed to be tightened! They were all nice and snug in there. The adaptors look great to for having to deal with all the salt on the ontario roads this winter! All the dirt and stuff on them would have just rubbed right off, I just didn't have the time to tackle that today as well lol.

As well here's what my tires look like next to my bike! They definitely don't look this big next to the truck! Haha

Its crazy how much these trucks swallow a set of 35"s. Until you put it next to something for reference.

That LED bar is dead sexy - the best install I've seen.

Can you talk more about it?

Specifically, how it's mounted? How much drilling/cutting did you have to do? How did you rustproof afterwards?

How has it held up to the elements? (Salt, grime, etc.)

Thanks man! Yeah sure give some more info.

The bar mounts are bolted to the bottom of the bumper where it curves underneath. I have the steel bumper so it holds it nice and secure! Here's a couple pics:

All we needed to do was take off the air dam and we were good. There were 2 holes in the bumper there at exactly the right spot on either side! Who would have thought?! We just put the bolt through them and tightened it up. I can't say there will be holes on every truck, but there were on mine.

Next we made some measurements and cut holes in the air dam for the light bar mounts to fit through.

After that we mounted the light bar and ran the wiring.

We used an SPDT switch so that I could have it on with the truck off, off completly, or on when the high beams come on. It works great!

I had to take pics of the pics lol. I've since bought a new phone so all these pictures were on my computer!

Well i thought I'd put together a build thread for my new truck! Picked it up yesterday, it's a 2014 Ram 1500 Longhorn.
8 speed Hemi, 3.92 gears, CC 4x4.

The first pics are the stock truck when I brought it home.

That light bar sits perfect under the bumper. I had never realized it was a curved bar until seeing those pics.

Yeah I was surprised that it followed the curve of the bumper perfectly! Looks like it was made for our trucks! Lol

How did you adhere the led's to under the bed rails? I had my tint guy install them and two days later they are starting to fall. I'm not sure what he used, seemed like hot glue or something. He said to bring it back, but I figured I'd ask around first...lol

I bought gorilla glue for mine. I had an issue with the LED stops coming off the interior plastic on my last truck so I tried out gorilla glue. Stuff works great! They never come off on their own!

Thanks man! Haha mine is black. I'd probably go with grey or charcoal next time though. Black looks amazing from afar but if you really look you'll see how easy it scratches!
