Chevy or GMC was my second choice if I couldn't have found a RAM in my budget.

So ok guys, what would have been your 2nd choice if there was no ram option, what truck would you have right now in your garage ?
I'll go first GMC Sierra 6.2 .
Same for me. Drove that as well as the F1fiddy with the 3.5 eco before I bought my current Ram. Ford had impressive power but was underwhelmed at the ride and interior. The GMC 6.2 was very impressive just wish it had a better interior layout and sportier exterior lines. Love my Ram sport night.

I would go to Wisconsin and buy back my "deceased" wife's 2010 F150 4 X 4 with the 5.4 Triton gas luver (sold to her younger son when she died in 2016). That truck is cherry, only has 46K on Odometer and parked in garage in winter. (It would never outrun my RAM, but it would outpull it, LOL). IMHO..

If i did not have my current eco-diesel, i would have kept my 2009 Hemi powered Ram

My 3rd choice would be a used Chevy

There's a diesel shop in town that offered to build me an F250 with a cummins and an allison transmission. Since I have a Ram, I declined.

OK, I know i'm gonna take some flack for this, but probably a new Titan. I bought an 06 new, had it for 7 years andd 112k, and was the most reliable truck i've owned. I like that VK56 powerplant. If not, find a nice early 2K GM and go through it.

If I didn't get the Ram 3500 Limited it was going to be a Ford Superduty F-350 or F-450 Platinum. Either way it has to be a dually.
