Im wanting to run a set of Bilsteins set at 2.8" and a Zone 1.5" BL (been waiting for that to come out! Id one on my my chebby, awesome). My question is, what has to be done in order to keep my bestop powerboards? with just 1.5" can the tips be adjusted without going to the exhaust shop? I plan to swap my Cherry bomb Extreme for a Dyno max bullet soon so its not a big concern for me i guess. Lastly, I had planned to run 33" MTs on stockers, but am worried itll look goofy with almost 4.5" of lift. However, im afraid of the hit to the economy/power ill take if I run 35" MTs (10-15lbs more at each corner). Just need some insight please :D

Cliffs-

1. What must be done to keep my Powerboards with a 1.5" BL?
2. Run 33s or talk me in to 35s (3.92s)

Future Mods (Tax Return Mods)-

Bilstein 2.8"
Zone 1.5" BL
33 or 35" BL
Dynomax Bullet
Undercover Flex Tonneau
Diablo Trinity w/ Hemifever Tune
Longhorn Mod (Paint bumpers tan)
Colormatch- Handles, Grill Shell, and Mirrors

I like the look of 33's with just a level but they just look to small with a BL and level IMO. Size up if you do the body lift!

a meaty 33 won't look back i think, if stock tire yes, but any off-road/AT tire will look fine I believe.

33x12.50 would look good, I think the width really helps

If you plan on doing the bilsteins though, you're gonna have to get rid of the 33's and get 35's so I say instead of wasting the money just go ahead and get the 35's lol. Just my 2 cents though

I really think 35s are stuffed......I like 34s on that setup.

4.5'' of lift a minimum of 35 is needed. i have 1.25'' body lift along with a bunch of other stuff and my power boards still work

The power boards may tap the frame in a couple spots. If so, just take a hammer to it. It won't be catching by much.

I'd say 35s with that setup or 34s if you decide against the body lift. If you're staying on stock wheels you won't be able to run a 12.5" wide tire without a spacer though.

Ditto, exactly what he said.
