Are you guys leaving your door open while loading tunes??

I did on the first tune. Then I decided to backup and reload a tune in the Lowe's parking lot and it was windy and freezing so I had to shut the door as it took almost 40 min...

I went loading with the door closed and a start button set to RUN. No any mistakes. Diablo just asked me to switch off, then on one or two times and it worked perfectly.

Sean got my custom tune fixed!!! I finally decided that I would just install a preloaded tune again and send him the OB and last tune written to get new tunes from him. He sent them to me Easter morning and I loaded the 93 last night. The gears are back to holding longer again and won't shift into 5th gear until I hit 50, just like it did before I pulled the OBDII cord. Also, I was rolling at 30mph and stomped the gas, causing me to squel tires pretty good. I'm happy to have this fixed. Don't know what happened, but basically starting over as if I just got the tuner took care of it.

Go to any Ram Forum and check out the Fastest 4G lists/Time slips threads

The TOP Dozen Rams wont have anything but Diablo tuning.
No Bully Dog, Superchips, Edge etc...

There are lots of hemi tuners out there, Sean has just been the easiest to work with for most people for the Rams. I've used Josh@HHP on this truck, but my '07 was tuned by Johan who works for Diablo and does a lot of tuning for Arrington. Then there's Mike@OST who's another really good one. There are several others I can't think of right now.

I can't believe people have such a hard time with the Trinity when it comes to loading tunes. I just take my laptop to the truck, load multiple tunes into the trinity via the DS Downloader software, upload a tune to the truck in a minute or less, drive and log with Dataviewer. I can't say I've ever had an issue with the programmer. I've had lots of issues with tunes, but never with the programmer.

Are your issues with the tune or with the programmer?

The only issue I had with the tuner required a calibration update. Setting it up went pretty smoothly the second time around.

I'm unclear on your question??? My issue with Diablo honestly is probably self inflected. Not knowing the tool or the exact steps to do every time. Just learning the DS as I go.
Hemifever, that's something completely deferent. It seems every time I've asked for a tune he wants to be little me, act like my business isn't important to him and he's got better thing to do. Absolute worst customer service I've ever had. The only reason I'm still sending him logs is (1) I've paid for this tune, I want what I paid for. (2) I don't know who else can tune as well.
There is a local guy here that I'm going to see Monday. He's the same one that Dyno'd my truck. I'm going to truck his tune.
The DS, everything I play with it, I get a little better. I've just never, NEVER hooked a computer up to a car to make it run better. I'm old, old school. 4 barrel carbs, big cam's, big block kind of guy. This tuner world is all new to me.

Sent Sean a new data log yesterday. I've got to give him prop's for speed of reply and replying on a Sat/Sunday.
But this is his reply. "its good, run it"
So once again he sends me the perfect tune before I send him a data log. Is he just that good?
