Gassed her up today and took her through the touchless car wash.
Lots of people lined up at the touchless car wash today. Supposed to be pretty nice for the next couple of days and we had lots of salt put down on the roads because of the rains and cold temperatures. God,..........I really despise winter!!!

Yep, that's me! I ordered a cheapo palm sander and proper 2k clear off Amazon. I'll chew the clear off, shoot a coat or 2 of color and re clear it. Should be a pretty quick process now that I have a solid base coat of white. Most people won't notice but this grinds my gears. Guess it's because I used different brands and the cross contaminated. It's ok, it still looks good, but I can't let this beat me.

I know I know. Of all thibgs the clear yellowing was my last concern. No orange peel, no adhesion issues, 1 tiny piece of lint, smooth as glass.....thats why I have to. I outdid my skill set on this and botched on proper paints.

Wash and detail...used some Car Guys Hybrid Wax Sealant. Very nice results. Even on the Silver, it looks gorgeous.
Oil/filter change...RedLine 5w30 and RP filter.

Jay,....I ONLY use the touchless car wash. And only during the winter months.
Other than that, it's always done by hand in my driveway.

Sometimes weather conditions make it really impossible to get a bucket of soap and water and wash it outside. Anything under about 40* and I'm wimping out. LOL

Just ordered some Rokblokz V1 flaps. Should sit well with my flares and help keep the rock damage minimal. Not a fan of the look per se but function over form. Rockers will thank me in the long run.
