This is awesome, That's great that you got it working, I'll have get mine wired back up and should be good to go.Yes, it’s working now. For now, I do know that whenever a car is in the blind spot, the indicator LED illuminates on the side that the car is on. I haven’t tried yet, but, if there’s a car in your blind spot, and you hit the turn signal to change lanes, there should be an audible chime, and (possibly?) an alert on the EVIC. The cluster definitely displays if there’s an issue with the sensors and if the blind spot monitoring is turned off or on.
Give me a little bit on the part numbers for the tail lights. There’s so many depending on sensor or no sensor, and red or black.
I you want to tap the front turn signals there is a big grey plug under the fuse box that has the left and right turn wires in it, that would be a good spot to tap into, I can get the wire colors if you want.Like I post before. Is really hard take the signals from the bcm and then programming via obd. The "easy" way to do it is take the signal from the front headlamps. I see easy take the grill and headlamps out and run the wires from there than the bcm. You will need resistors. Btw. I just find the male connectors for the reverse lights in the case of halogen taillights.

Thanks. I have the way also to get the colors.I you want to tap the front turn signals there is a big grey plug under the fuse box that has the left and right turn wires in it, that would be a good spot to tap into, I can get the wire colors if you want.
No resistor. I highly doubt the door module circuits are PWM’d.Did you need a resistor for the LED or did you just connect it directly to the door module?

That’s where I got my new left tail from. They’re definitely new takeoffs, so they must come from flatbed conversions. Nice guy I talked to, I had him get the part in his hand and he called me back with it, and text pictures of it while we were on the phone. This is great. Just got done wiring my tails today. Now I plan on doing the blind spot. I plan on buying some 2019 power fold tow mirrors with blindspot and make it as oem as possible.
On a side note, for those interested in a source for tail lights I got new take offs set from car-parts.com for 720 shipped with blind spot. The retailer was Veldman's auto parts. Here is a link below.

You can find them cheaper, I got my pair for $500, including the truck side connector and harness. But if this tail light swap catches on the price may go up even more once sellers see a demand.Man those things are expensive.
This mod might be too rich for my blood
