I have checked all fuses. I've looked for loose connections. I've looked for bare wires. Somehow I was able to get three codes. 920,921,999

That means the ECM isn't communicating with the other modules. Check the wiring to the ECM, and check the ground connections. It is possible that your ECM is toast.

If unplugging it and plugging back in helped the situation, then there’s a good chance the issue could be at or near the plug that you were handling. Check for any moisture or corrosion inside that plug. Check all of the female terminals and see if any of them look looser than the rest. If it is running, wiggle test the harness near the plug and see if that makes the problem come back. Check every ground connection you can find. If one of them is even the slightest bit loose or dirty, it can cause all kinds of issues.
Next time it does this, you might also try disconnecting the battery ground and then reconnecting it to see if it resets something with the computer.

You prolly have a broken wire at or near one of the plugs .
The grounds on these trucks are truly badly engineered too.
If you have not done so, it is worth to redo them all.
If you live in the rust belt, most are not even working.

I would disconnect the battery and turn the key to start for 30 secs.
Then take and unplug and plug in the PCM plugs about 5-6 times - you might need to get some gentle contact cleaner if this doesn't help.
